Liquor

"Alcohol" comes from Arabic and means "the finest."The quality of a distillate or brandy stands or falls with the quality of the fruit used and the raw materials such as roots and botanicals. We can only process them in the distillery when the fruits are fully ripe. Once the mash has fermented, it is distilled in our distillery. With many years of experience, our master distiller and company owner Harald Lauber decides which part of the fire is suitable for the distillate.

Gin

The raw materials used in gin are juniper berries, neutral alcohol, various botanicals and much more. They are processed in our distillery and distilled by us with great attention to detail. All three gins that we produce convince with their unmistakable character and their fine, soft finish. They can just as well be drunk neat, with tonic water or used in various cocktails. There are no limits to the possible uses of our gins. Feel free to visit our gin tastings, you will be surprised at the diversity of the gin.

Liqueurs

Liqueurs are alcoholic beverages with added sugar and natural flavors. The diverse aromas come from the plant and are present in the plant in the form of fruit extracts, distillates, fruit juices and essential oils. The alcohol content is between 15% and 58%. Brandy with fruit extract

These products are neither liquor nor brandy. However, they only combine the best of both. Sweet fruit juice from the same fruits is added to the aromatic, full-bodied brandy. The brandies with fruit extracts are a special kind of experience. They are not only suitable as a digestif, but also for mixing cocktails and also go perfectly with a sparkling wine. Some fruits, herbs, and roots that are processed in the distillery contain little to no sugar or starch. Therefore, such fruits cannot be mashed and ferment instead. We put these basic ingredients in 96% neutral alcohol. The neutral alcohol dissolves the desired flavors from the fruit. We then distill this ready-made alcohol mixture, also known as macerate, in our distillery.

Fires in woodfass stored

In these brandies, the full aromas of the fruit merge with the aromas of the wooden barrels. This gives you a variety of flavors and complexity in your taste. We let our distillates mature in mulberry tree, limosin oak and bourbon barrels. The brandies are beautifully colored, ranging from golden yellow to amber to dark mahogany, depending on the barrel. You are welcome to try our top-class brandies as part of our tastings.

Spiritual

Is a product of the distillery that is made from its own distillate or from neutral alcohol. Fruits, herbs, flavors and other substances approved for food production can be used to produce a spirit. Spirits must be labeled as such. Depending on how the spirit is made, it is rounded off by another distillation in the distillation kettle.
